New Media was contracted to help Vertiv modernise its technology to reduce administration head hours and increase productivity across the APAC region. Vertiv was experiencing challenges deliver complex client solutions quickly and accurately leading to poor NPS scores. Vetiv needed a new end-to-end solution to transform their business processes and deliver new Partner Management Solutions, a major growth channel for their industry.

New Media performed a Digital maturity Assessment to benchmark their transformation journey. The DMA helped identify key requirements and to scope a strategic solution and roadmap. An end-to-end Oracle Solution was rolled out across their business; ERP, OSC, CPQ and PRM. Many administration tasks were automated and a new CPQ delivered seamless estimates which included external products, compliance, warranties and complex configurations, e.g. configuring a new data centre. A new Partner solution allowed Vertiv to manage and build new Partner channels offering dynamic pricing, and managing Partner Marketing and KPIs.

Vertiv reduced administration head hours by 83%, worth $9.8 million, improved productivity by 410% and helped increase their customer NPS scores from 37 to 92, two key project KPIs.
