Transforming Citibank
We developed Citigroup’s APAC and JPAC consumer intelligence platforms for Citi’s Global Consumer Bank (GCB), one of the world’s leading digital banks, serves as a trusted partner to more than 100 million customers in 19 markets worldwide. The project delivered a seamless platform that could operate in a region with over 23 languages and provide insights and personalised content.

An integrated website was developed to deliver secure content streams to Citigroup staff based on their specific requirements. A full approved, content library was developed and managed in multiple languages and leveraged my all marketing departments to support day-to-day operations.
We deployed a platform that was capable of engaging a social and news audience in 23 languages across all major social platforms with custom reporting dashboards
We on-boarded and supported a 306 person team located across the Citigroup operation in Asia
Citigroup used the platform to manage over 65,000 daily posts through paid and earned channels.
