The Credit Union became a cafe, a lounge, a creche and a safe and secure digital banking gateway.
Store traffic increased by 1,367%, product sales increased by 931% and staff found that they built better customer relationships. The concept won the prestigious industry ABACUS Award for Innovation and was also adopted by the big four Australian banks.
